No one would like to lose hair and go bald one fine day. Everyone wishes to have luxurious hair and always trying out methods to stop hair fall and increase hair growth.

Here are some products you can use for hair follicle regeneration and help in hair growth.

1.Make a smoothie of bananas, yoghurt, honey and low fat milk. This is a biotin rich drink and will make hair roots stronger. Tastes yummy too!
2.When shampooing or massaging your hair, bend the head downwards to increase blood circulation to the scalp.
3.Massage aloe vera gel into hair and let sit for half hour. Rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week.
